Cancellation Policy

Changing or cancelling an appointment

Plans change — we understand. If you cannot make your appointment, please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone at 054 757 5718 so we can offer the slot to another guest.

• Rescheduling: free of charge — just message us and we will find you a new time.
• Cancellation: please give us at least 2 hours' notice where possible.
• Late arrival: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so other guests are not delayed.
• No-show: repeated no-shows may require confirmation before future bookings are accepted.
